Q. I want a specific item made, is this possibe and do you come out to custom measure and fit?
A. Yes. We are available to come and measure up at you place or premises, making the item fit perfectly into your desired location.
Delivery and Lead Times
Q. Do you deliver to my area & how long does it normally take from when I place my order until I receive it?
A. Depending on whether the product purchased is a standard product or a customised design can determine the lead time. It can also vary depending on current stock levels. If it's a standard product that you have bought, and it's in stock, then it's usually shipped out within 2 working days. If the item is out of stock it can take up to 6 weeks to get your product.
A. The custom design items really depend upion what we currently have going through our workshop. This can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending upon the item. We will give you an estimate at the time of orderin

Two Pac Finishes
Q. What is so good about two pack finsihes.
A. Two Pac (or 2PAC) finishes offer a superior finish to a normal laminate. They reduce the number of lines or joints, they use a stronger custom or MDF board, they are hardier and give a much better vuisual apperance. It is professionally painted and laquered and then buffed to give a high gloss sheen.
Q. Are all the colours the same for the particular that you use?
A. No. We predonimately use white, however black and other various colours can be used. Just ask us when you are enquiring.

Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
A. Our staff is fully trained to offer any assistance to help you. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify the shipping company and us immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to the shipper immediately. Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage.
